ND LIMITED MANAGEMENT UNVEILS DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, PLANS AT FAIRVUE PLANTATION

ND Limited Management, LLC, a Nashville investment affiliate of AFT Holdings, Inc., announced today a new partnership with Hendersonville-based Second Generation Construction, Inc., as well as plans for the construction of high-quality homes on its properties located in Gallatin’s “Fairvue Planation” club community.

Over the past year, ND Limited has accumulated multiple properties within Fairvue with a total investment today in excess of $2 million. The company has plans to acquire additional property in the future. Second Generation Construction will build out the properties, which will be marketed by Lakeshore Properties.
